Hello,i'm here to present you Vayne - The Night Hunter guide , i have seen a lot of good guides , but all of them were at low elo , and i haven't seen builds which players uses in high elo.

Greater Mark of Desolation - Nothing special here , simple runes for Ad carry.
Greater Seal of Evasion - Sometimes dodge helps you to get out of trouble with 50 hp , but i think you can get flat critical strike chance or flat armor seals.
Greater Glyph of Shielding - MR / Lvl , i think obvious , you won't get destroyed by Annie or other hard AP Carries so easily.
Greater Quintessence of Desolation

Simple 21/0/9 Ad carry masteries.

Maxing Tumble is simple , but you can get your Condemn in level 2 if you think you can get a kill in early levels ( when you enemy is vulnerable to CC , or you line with Hard CCer like Taric , Sion.)

Your Tumble goes there , where your mouse pointer is.
Always put your ultimate in Team Fights , and use it often , it has small CD.
You can smell if your enemies are near you , when your movement speed is increased.
Remember to get a good position to land your Condemn and stun your target.
