I don't want to be rude or anything but I will provide you with some constructive criticism.
-Your mastery tree includes the improvement for heal and ignite when you don't bring them.
-In my opinion, the standard 21-0-9 masteries are stronger, because the heal from strength of spirit isn't effective due to Vayne's low mana pool. Also, the increased experience and buff durations helps you much more than the slight MR increase and the slight health regen.
-I like your rune page other than flat health in seals, i find armor, mana regen and even health per level to be more effective. Also, my preference for quints is flat AD for early game harass, but this is a personal choice. I think I'm probably a more aggressive player early game, reflecting off of the build and runes.
-Please leave clairvoyance to the supports. Flash/Ghost is MUCH more effective, if you want your lane to be safe without a support, buy wards, don't take CV. Exhaust is obviously the best choice for secondary summoner spell however.
-Your starting item is an incredibly strange choice... with a healer you should probably take a Doran's Blade for more harrass, without one you should take Boots 3 pots. The 3 health potions help you regen more than the regrowth pendant and 1 health potion, plus the regrowth pendant builds into nothing.
-I personally would build a black cleaver later as the armor reduction helps more late game against pesky tanks. Also, I recommend black cleaver OR last whisper, because they reduce each other's effects.
Thanks for reading my comment, hopefully you take it into consideration. Good job on the aesthetics and I'll comment to tell you the improvements if you change it. (Also, there's a typo on "information")
Will play a little, and after the results i will update/add new information in my guide if necessary. I want the best guide, so i'll take it into consideration. Thanks for the feedback. Hope i can update it in 1-2 days if i have time :)
Edit - Just wanted to say that i mostly play solo or with a friend, so i made it based on that experience. I know ranked is totally different, but even in solo sometimes you end with a good team.
