I'm playing in LoL not so long just for about 1 year.
I haven't high ELO.
But I guess I can tell you how to play with Vayne.

I saw so many times that most players dont know how to play with her.
So I write this little guide.

Remember that this guide is a just my point of view how to play with Vayne.
Also excuse me for my bad English and if you could pls tell me your feedback.

So we are comin to next chapter - Runes.

I prefer to use runes for crit chance. (25% crit chance without items)

But you can change it for:
Marks: Attack Damage or Armor Penetration
Seals: Armor
Glyphs: Scaling of Magic Resist
Quints: same as marks.

Nothing to say here.

Primary attributes: critical chance and attack speed. And AD of course.

You could ask me why?
I'll tell you.
Attack speed essential for 2nd skill(one of the two our main skills to harras and kill).
Blade of the Ruined King now is a allternative item for Madred's Bloodrazer.
With this items you will deal damage equal to 12% of target HP with each 3rd strike.
Thats cool, right?

And also dont forget about crits. It will deal on full item about 1500.
Aaaaaaaaaaand...
Our 2nd skill on 3rd strike deal TRUE damage, that means we can kill tanks like creeps.
Hell YEAH.
