Vayne is one of my favorite champions i have not used her very much, but she is a pretty cool assassin. Im a big fan of assassins so i just wanted to make this build.

As Vayne i would recommend you to go top or bot, you could go mid but u would maybe get your *** kicked in the 1v1 low lvl.
Vayne has a nice roll in farming:
#1: Keep enemies away from gaining xp by standing behind their range minions. A pretty easy job for Vayne because of her Tumble. (Would only recommend this if you are vs meele enemies)
#2: Try to last hit the enemies minions with an auto attack.

Is my favorite skill as Vayne it has many ways to use. I would recommend that you make a auto attack then they get one stackthen you use, after Tumble usemake sure they hit a wall, then yourshould be ready to use then you use it. Then just gank them with auto attack.


Make alot of damage vs tank or fighters with high health.


Is like poppys charge just way better because its ranged good spell when they try to escape.


So much a awesome spell, because of its combine with her Tumble 1,5 sec stealth is enough to fool the enemies.

Is a very importent spell for Vayne it will help you kill in many ways. It can be used as defense vs fed champions and as a chasing spell.

Is my favorite summoner spell, sometimes Tumble isnt just enough to kill champions + its a good escape spell too.

Isnt really importent, because of her standard Night Hunter

Start with buyingbecause of its damage, heavy health and 3% lifesteal. Some people think that 3% isnt enought lifesteal, but i can tell you its enough to survive with.
Go up or down in your lane. If you wanna use her damage in the start, make your team mate push with you in the bushes.
Head back when you got about 1545 coins to get Zeal and Boots of Speed, it sound like alot but easy to get as Vayne.

Please stay aggresive as Vayne because of her heavy damage, its a good way to earn money. Because the items cost so much.
When you are in the middle of the game, many team fights appear around the map. Keep an eye up because you are a good help in team fights because of your heavy damage. Stay back in team fights you can easily be their focus.

Late game is the best part for Vayne people wont surrender so make the enemies do it. First you need to start a team fight make sure your team wins, if your team wins head to baron and fast kill it. Go to their towers destroy every **** in their base and then leave them alone with 3 destroyed inhibitors, they just cant defend that.

I take 21-9-0 masteries because ofand. Theese will totally increase your killing 5% damage and magic damage + some dodge chance and if you dodge your movement speed increase even more.

Greater mark of desolation is a good rune because of her damage is so high so tank just buy armor and mages by Hourglass.

Greater seal of clarity Is a pretty good rune for Vayne if you ask me her mana regen isnt that high and she only start with 200 mana. I have had many mana problems.

Greater glyph of focus Is awesome because of Vayne cant do anything with out them.

Greater glyph of alacrity is good because of her Silver Bolts, if you got the attack speed then you can easily get them down.

Greater quintessence of desolation is good because of the greater mark of desolation that will give you 18,5 armor penetration in lvl 1.

Greater quintessence of resilience is good in the begining because of her high health but not that much armor.
