Ok i dont have too much experience with Vayne but i always fight with her and i read about her and know i know how to fight with her this is not a 100% good build because i dont know very well vayne but i know a pair of things about her and the most important thing about her is .....SHE IS GOING TO RAPE YOU NOOB SO GG....

Vayne how i always say she has a natural damage and tactical skills.so i choose this runes.

i choose this mark because every DPS need armor penetration.
Greater Seal of Resillence
Vayne is a squishy champion and is obiously because of she had more life she would RAPE YOU, for that is pick this Seal because armor is not bad for DPS also Mana regen is cool too not,recomended.
Greater Glyph of Alacrity.
Is the samething of armor penetration a Dps without at least 1400 attack speed is so ****** useless.
