Veigar Build Guide by Cheatx

I guess it is an ok build, but I focus more on the w and e. If mid, however, then q is great for minion farming. I do think though that an item like frozen heart shOuld be In there somewhere. I kinda disagree, but +1 :)

Yeah, the fact is Veigar really isn't useful in ranked play, unless you are in a very low elo where everyone is ******ed. I usually laugh pretty hard whenever someone picks him to counter my mid, ESPECIALLY my Annie.

The problem I find with veigar is his stun is on such a long cooldown that a smart team can make him use it (tank or bruiser) and the carry can then just collapse onto veigar and crush him.

When trying to counter an annie, try swain or ahri or galio. They usually give me the most trouble. In all honesty don't play Veigar ranked ever. You want a hard AP counter to most mids? Buy Galio he is free this week.
