You´ll have a lot more Mana -> and a lot more AP. I would buy lvl1 Boots before Tear of the Goddess, bbut thats situational. It was constructive criticism and everyone builds Veigar differently. If you can get away with that, good for you. But from the sound of it, magic resist counters you really hard and you are pretty squishy. You also have a ton of mana you'll never use. And if you're on a killing spree, most teams won't just surrender, they'll just focus you more, unless you're competition is like straight level 10s. With that addressed, iCheatx: Do you plan on changing anything with Veigar's recent buff? They reduced the mana costs on three of his moves, so he really isn't as mana hungry as he previously was. Quote \| PM \| +Rep by tehwhiteboi » December 19, 2011 1:25pm \| Report well, I think your build is pretty good however, i dont believe lich bane is an "ehhh" item, It gives almost as much app as zhonyas hourglass plus it means after your burst if for some reasons the enemy is still alive you have another 437 damage coming their way, it also gives mana, and a movement speed buff, which is quite helpful for running in and baleful striking them before running back off.
