@ iNineTailedFox: Well thank you! I just played a game and I was able to purchase a Mejai's Soulstealer. So I am not sure where you are getting this information! :O If at first you don't succeed, try again. If you still don't succeed, stop embarrassing yourself. :)

Is it viable to get a Philosopher's Stone? I've seen it on a lot of Veigars and even in one of the guides on Youtube so it just makes me wonder. |

@ TheRealDragonixer: I am not sure; I've never tried it. In theory, it could be very helpful. Mp5, Hp5 and Gp5. Makes sense as a good early game item for lane phase. If at first you don't succeed, try again. If you still don't succeed, stop embarrassing yourself. :)

@ iNineTailedFox: Ah! That would do it. Yea, I dont play Veigar in Dominion. The reason being is because he cannot farm his AP easily off minions (3 per wave) and he is super squishy early game. I am tempted to try him in Dominion, but alas, I dunno. If at first you don't succeed, try again. If you still don't succeed, stop embarrassing yourself. :)

@ i love video guides: I figure it builds into a core item in the build later on, so why not get the stacks started earlier? Plus, it gives you enough mana regen to stay in lane as long as you want. If at first you don't succeed, try again. If you still don't succeed, stop embarrassing yourself. :)
