Introduction + Warning

Hi This is my first Written build, I am completely knew to this, I welcome any advice or tips or tricks to make my guide a bit better.

Masteries

My masteries are as follows
9/0/21
Putting 9 in offense leaving defense alone and 21 in utility pretty standard, just wanna be safe
since this is my first build, I try and grab any Masteries that involve Mana/regen or cool down reduction

Skill Sequence

This baby right here will make you a better Veigar, Why simply like this, If you score a kill with this bad boy you gain 1 Ap, now when I say Kill i mean either minions, OR champions. I try to max it out as much as I can

Dark matter is an Aoe skill, think of it as a bomb of dark matter being dropped on a area, Late game with pure Ap this skill will drop a squishie champion, bring down a tanks health to less then half. Max this out after you maxed out baleful strike

This skill is only useful for....Quick escapes, preventing an enemy from escaping,and starting a team fight WHICH i recommend not doing if you have a tank on the team, this skill is only useful because of its aoe stun, max this out last

this is one deadly ult,Pure Ap from a wand into a enemy's champion, dropping health bars to less then half, follow by a dark matter finishing off the rest, obviously max it when you can

Runes

x9 for magic pen

x9 for ability power

x9 for mana regen

x3 MORE MANA REGEN
