Ability Order
Phenomenal Evil Power (PASSIVE)
Veigar Passive Ability
Chapter 1
I chose to make veigar have as much AP as possible without having him so squishy and slow.
Pros
Veigar has very good passives such as The mana regen increase for each mana missing and the one that gives you ability power if you kill a champion or kill a minion with that ability.
There is a very highly unlikey chance that you would die before they got 2 you
Cons
Initially Veigar is squishy.
Useless if 5 v 1ed
