Thanks and as this is my first build. You are my first commenter :) with very helpful facts. These things ill be looking more into. And yes as veigars passive gives him a mana regain. When its stacked with meki pendent. the most you will have to wait for enough mana if u have no mana at all to use your baleful strike is under 2 seconds ^.^ enough time for the cooltime to go :) Thanks for the help and ill be looking forward to hear more comments from other :)

I have a few questions about your build.
Do you really manage to save your mana until you are able to finish the Tear of Goddes and the Sorcerer Boots?? I use Clairvoyance and take Ionian Boots and even with the cheaper Boots and reloading mana i find it hard to be able to Baleful everytime. In my opinion you should buy as soon as you are out of mana, you will be able to finish the Tear of Goddess. This gives you mana.

Interesting idea to buy two deathcaps. Did you think about getting a archangel's Stuff instead? It offers you 60 AP (95 less then deathcap), but it spends you a 15% CD-Reduktion and has an amazing active against Tanks. I would give it a try ;)

The last thing which surprised me is, that you did not mention the Golem Buff. It makes Veigar much stronger.
