WARNING: If you were looking for a Veigar Build I apologize. This build is actually for Ziggs - The Hexplosives Expert but Mobafire has not updated to making Ziggs available for selection. This is my first build so be nice :)

Items

When it comes to beginning items you can go one of two ways. Either a Doran's Ring for Mana Regen and Damage or if you are scared of your opponent, Boots of Speed and 3 Health Potions will work just as well. If you find you're being focused late game, swap Void Staff for a Guardian's Angel.

Skill Sequence

After you have maxed your Q it's best to max your E before your W. Or if you like you can divided evenly between E and W.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
-Great Burst Damage
-W is great for wall hops
Cons:
-Very Squishy
-Mana Hungry early game
