I think this one needs a little bit more added to it before I +1 it.. Give it an item section, more of a gameplay section etc.. Check out my guide on Kassadin if you want some good ideas on what things you might be able to add in order to give it some more composition.. Cheers and good luck with your guides..

It's not late i need to add more stuff to this build to explain the item order, I added it last second. But i'm currently more interested in working on my Malphite and Master Yi builds

I agree, won't downvote but the late Mejai needs explanation.

Why do you get Mejai's so late? In addition, with Veigar's mana-hungriness early game and the fact that you don't run mana regen runes, I feel that starting with a Meki Pendant is essential here.
