Ryze doesn't need boots, as he can get very powerful and has no need to move.

Anti-Everything

With this build Ryze can one hit everything with his AOE ulti as this is very awesome.

Jungle Ryze

Ryze is the best jungler around, if you do not jungle, Ryze can not be used effectively and your team will run into baron constantly and just give up.

The route for jungling with ryze is, Dragon/Red buff/Blue buff/ Enemy red buff/ Enemy Blue Buff.

Ryze doesn't any of the other jungle monsters because dragon will instantly make him level 15.
He can solo dragon, with his pinky finger.
