Breaking it down like this:

Ghost: Increased Movement speed burst. (passing through minons but gettin phantom anyway)

Ignite: Might get a kill he wouldnt have got.

Runes: basically i wanted him to be able to survive if he wants to chase something down, while still dealing damage.

Mastery: Same as runes essentially

Items: Phantom, Boots of Swiftness and Zephyr to give the max amount of movement speed (and a permenent ghost ablility and tons of attack speed to utalize the next part)

Hyrda for farming (attack speed + this thing = god)

Bloodthirster for straight damage

Frozen Mallet so he can chase them down and slow them once he's got them. works great with furor.
