ALRIGHT so you're thinking about fisting your enemies. (Spoiler alert I'm cringy af) VI is an incredible champ that can be played in a variety of ways. She can't be played in too many roles however, top, jg, and if you're level 7 like me you can get away with mid. Speaking of me: I'm a level 7 Vi and I'm pretty quali-vi-ed (I'll be here for the next few hours folks) I'm G3 on my main but my smurf JinxIsBestGrill might be able to get into plat through promos tbh, I won't give you my main acc name to prevent w/e comes along with that. Anyways, I'm average at the game but I assure you I'm the best Vi NA (Not really, I have no idea who is though.) Vi is nicu, and I'll tell you about a few ways to play her. This is my first mobafire build so it will definitely be lower quality until I get the hang of things. I will attempt to update something each day, I'm also working on a Jinx build so check that out!
Pros / Cons of VI
Deleting people. And then their team.
Great clear speed after first buy and solo drag potential.
Can steal objectives with ease.
Good at every stage of the game.
You aren't squishy per se but can still get bursted
Your counters are going to get picked often without the enemy even knowing that they **** on you.

Early clear is rough.
9/28/2016: Thought the other Vi builds on mobafire just didn't do the champ justice.
9/29/2016: Started my mobafire build (Thought of exactly 666 puns to make). Added all the normal shiz- masteries, matchups, items, etc.
9/29/2016: Added all the lovely intro dialogue.
9/30/2016: Finished the intro and went ahead and published the build.
*9/31/2016*: I hope to figure out how to do runes and masteries.
