To start the game you will only need REGROWTH PENDANT Focus only on last hitting minions and with regrowth you shouldnt worry about the enemy attacking you too much. Recall when you have 365g and buy a philosophers stone then teleport back into your lane. buying this early will make the best use out of the extra gold, along with very good health and mana regen which should keep you in lane.

The key to an early kill with viegar is to keep last hitting minions with your q, by level 6 you should have an extra 30 ap minimum from the passive. At level 6 its a good idea to start harassing as you should now be doing a fair amount of damage and have plenty of health regen to recover from a few hits.

The next item you will want to get is either needlessly large rod or sorc boots. I suggest gettin the AP first simple because of the amount of time it takes to save up the gold, but also beacause the extra AP will make you able to 1shot caster minions and wraiths with your meteor. By 20 min you should be close to getting your deathcap, having around 320AP

You should note at this stage you are still very vunerable to ganks with low health and no extra armour or mr, however if you make sure you stick close to your team, you can score some easy kills. your priority mid game is still to 1shot all the minions you can between going between lanes and the jungle

Continue getting items in the order that they are most needed depending on the enemy team. Although abyssal sceptre is generally the best choice. By now you do have enough ap (much more than most other champs or other builds) so if you want the hp, cdr and mana regen then get Shurelyas Reverie. You wont need the extra gold from philosophers stone by now due to the insane speed you can wipe out minions

By 40 min you will probably have maxed your items, that is why this build is so good. With an early ap advantage farming is extremely fast.

You will have around 700-800 ap. alot of Mpen. some hp, armour, mr. and 2 good useable items. your only concern will be your manapool which can be solved by getting blue buff.
