I love this build i just bought vlad today and followed this guide and first game ever with vlad i went 16-4-20 there was about a total of 80 kill in that game only by my team so it was the best first game ever im looking foward to the future with vlad.

what u do with any other caster (that have lower hp)?

well you are right on rylais i might add that to the standart build
still i think stackign rabbadons is better than getting those other items. you wont need mr much on vlad since you are 1) no tank and 2) have a huge hp amount to take the damage (on some squishier mages i would consider mr).
for WoA ...you just dont need more spell vamp imo
on Lich bane... well you are right in a team fight u wont really need it...but i think its usefull in many occassions: 1. in fights: true that you have really low cd on all of your spells...but Q has still got two sec (1.8 if maxed cdr) which means in the Q + W combo u can get two Qs out and than all of your spells are on cd = 1 autoattack 2.) your team jsut scored an ace with you being the last person alive...(or another mage being with you) with lichbane you can singlehandedly take down 1-2 turrets without u might not even get one.

I agree with Footy in the fact that stacking Rabadon's is not a good idea, and I do disagree with some of the items you say to never get, but I'm a believer in hard work, and at least this is an in-depth guide with info supporting your claims, so for that I give you a +1.

Sorry but stacking Rabadon's is a bad idea in any build. I know you are most likely trying for max health/AP but there are so many better items for Vlad. Try getting a Rylai's, perma slow is good. Spirit Visage - magic resist, more health from Q, better CDs. Lich Bane is also horrible on him, as Vlad you should never have the chance to auto attack, your Q and E skills are on such low cooldowns that they should be all you use. Sorry but a -1 from me.

EDIT: re-read your guide and I happen to stumble across the section of -NEVER GET THESE- (referring to items).
Can you please explain why you think these are bad for Vlad? I agree with Warmog's, but the rest of them I completely disagree. If you want we can have a Vlad vs Vlad :P.
