Not Updated For Current Season

ok so this is my build, i bet you are all wondering what is up with my (messed up) build as others have called it before(that is before its finished).
ok so heres the thing, why spirit visage ? because it reduces your cooldowns, increases your health regen by 0.35% per second and increases healing by 20%... just with that item, once you get transfusion to top lvl you can use it as both a regen method and a harassing method , having transfusions cooldown to 2 seconds
why warmogs and force of nature ? for the health regen and magic resist ofcourse
why starks fervor, because you being a tank and high in health, youll probably be initiating many team fights, by doing so, your aura will increase attack speeds and reduce enemy armors by 30 (imagine doing so while a xin zhao or master yi rips em a new one)
sunscape ? for the armor and bonus mdps combined with sanguin pool its good for harrasing + healing..
by end game youll have soo much health regen that all you need to do is step out of combat or let them follow you on a wild goose chase until they realise that you got more health than them again
by the way mobafire doesnt add the extra warmogs health regen passive so add that to the equation aswell
and the runes ? the AP and health help out for more health and AP at game start (cause of his passive)
flash and ghost are simply for either an escape mecanism or to help out an ally in need (lets say they are catching up to an ally with low health activate ghost and use your pool to slow them down then flash out of there if its too many champs to handle)
