The movespeed is getting a little bit more trumped over the rest of your pre-game build. You already have your pool, so there really isn't any use in putting movespeed quints into a build with boots that already increase your movement by 3. Also, I don't know about you, but I have found that Tristana does hurt you in lane; a lot. It's not as easy to combat her since you're not focusing on CDR as much, and that is really what restricts vlad early-game, and early game is the prime time that Tristana becomes fed and makes the children cry. I would also put more emphasis in your 1v1 descriptions about ranged DPS since they can be a pain in the butt. My main problem with this build is just CDR. It's Ok other than the things I just mentioned. It's needs finished in the 1v1 section no doubt.

Lol.
No commentary on Swain and Corki, ye, we know they own Vlad.
1. You don't need +3 Boots with Movement Quints. 7,5% is way enough on Vlad as it gets you to magical 400 M. Speed (May be wrong, but it's very, very near to this value). Having more than this is quite useless, better invest CDR Boots and CDR Glyphs so you can dish out more damage in less damage, AP is now **** on Vladimir as of recent patch he is destined to be played CDR.

2. Tristana is almost a counter-vlad champion... as well as GP now *.*

3. About Kata... don't fear her, she is a pain till level 7, then your shining part begins. You can pool in her face when she starts spinning = she missed over 250 damage on you = you can finish her off.
