Farming

Use tides of blood and transfusion to farm and to harrass. Don't autoattack only last hit. On everyone not just vlad. Your e can harrass and farm so you it well. Trasnfusion works to farm and harrass and it gives you health back. Farming on vlad is super easy.

Items

Get amplifying tome for ap. And a potion so you can lane longer. Get a will of ancients for more spell vamp. You want to slow so a rylais works. Randuin omens gives you so much ap so its a MUST HAVE.
