Well it depends, i like warmog more, because it gives hp and some regen, this build is my way of saying HP>AP, cuz i play Vlad on solo top, and have to stand against other tanky champs, or mid,where its fun to see how, in time, enemy becomes frustrated cuz they cant kill you, but you can always have your own item sequence. Thanks for the comment, well, the idea for this build is not to be me biggest damage dealer, but with this build i provide nice slow, some sunfire, its not the most dangerous build for vlad, but i found it to be fun.in the team fight you might get some kills, and i did in few games, but if needed i only kill secure when carry can not. also its fun to see enemies become confused, also I do see your point. The point is not kills, but more like tank to slow with option of securing kill and ofcourse looots of trollingXD And sometimes this Vlad becomes such a good killer (as you can see in one of game pic).
