Thats correct Monk, it is a bind. But, if you have full health, it's rather not useful to use your Sanguine Pool to get out of there, hence it will cost 20% health. Instead of wasting those 20%, you can simply use your caster minions as shields. Thanks for reminding me, anyhow. I added what to do if you do get caught low-healthed with Dark Binding

I noticed a lot of information about laning against Morgana in particular. One good thing to know is that dark binding is a BIND, not a STUN. This means that once you are hit with it, you can still immediately pool for its duration. She will likely immediately put Tormented soil under you, but you wont be hurt while in your pool. This is an excellent way to troll her and take minimal damage. Afterwards, if shes low and did it to try and finish you, go at her because all her stuff is on cooldown.
