items,mid lane, getting kills.
In start of the game just focus on farming minions but if the enemy attacks you poke them with you Q and just run back and farm. When you reached lvl 6 try to turret dive (it is really easy with vladimir) just run in use ulti then E and Q then you have to go into blood pool (W) when you get up you usually finish them off with Q but if they dont die just use ignite for the kill.
