Why Flat HP Seals? It's better to take HP/LVL seals(gives more from lvl 5 - mid lane ftw).
AP Glyphs? For mine, CD/lvl will give moar(and are cheaper IIRC)

In my opinion, you should get Intelligence from your utility tree, i think thats why its most important to roll utility :P

It's a good build, very "cookie cutter", i'd recommend adding some more information to the guide itself, like item descriptions and reasons why to get them, and or replace them.

The only thing I personally don't like is the "Utility Tree" for Vladimir, for me it seems more sense to go down the "Defensive Tree" gaining more (Veterans Scars: Health), and (Ardor: 4% more Ability Power).
