Alright I upvoted because I loved the explanations of why one thing is better than the other (Rylais, QSS, FoN, etc.) And because of the picture :P

You have to have a theme on what your building and everything built around that theme. For Ex: I used to make GP OP with having my duo partner play Zilean, all Exp Quints. Exp bonus mastery. Denying their solo's exp while me ulting enemy's wraith's or open lanes to end up being 2~3 higher lvl up than their solo even without killing or harassing them. Try out the build and tell me how you like it :D tyvm, Someone get me a New siggy.
