Well first of all, that's not a very good choice for runes. Second, you need a better template for your guide, people don't like walls of text. Try looking at JhoiJhoi's guide for tips. Third, Spirit Visage is more of a situational item instead of a core item. It only does good early game when you're not doing so well. Other than that everything else looks okay.

just curious why would you get Strength of Spirit in masteries when you have no mana at all? If you want to spend that 1 point in utility maybe use it on extra gold, experience or recall improvement.

I possibly wouldn't get Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction because as an AP carry would generally be getting blue buff for CDR or mana but in your case just CDR. That would get you to the cap already. Not to mention the Elixir of Brilliance will also send you over the cap. I recommend a full set of Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power or Greater Glyph of Ability Power for the AP that will count and not go to waste at all.

Also you could try an explain the his skills a bit. A new player would have no idea really of how to use them if he/she came across this guide. An e.g. is using Sanguine Pool to escape Caitlyn's Ace in the Hole
