This is a build I came up with after the latest patch that works really well especially endgame. I use all ability power with the only exception being Rylais Crystal Scepter only because its one of the best all around items for vlad. I love to spam skills especially when I am a mage type champ Nothing better than harassing your opponent all day and night.This build is here to help with that

I used ability power seals and glyphs for that extra damage and health I use the health quintessences for early game survivability and I use magic pen Marks for that extra damage everyone loves to have

I use a pretty standard mage set of masteries excluding the use of mana regen and such. If I feel like I need to be a little more survivable I will do a 11/20/0 mastery build but thats only when I feel like I might be going against some **** *** champs

I use ghost and ignite. You can substitute flash for ghost or even ignite but I like to keep it real with the run speed and extra dot. You never know when it will come in handy especially being able to chase without minions holding you back

Early game you are just going to want to harass with your Q as much as possible really without putting yourself in danger, as well as keeping up your Tides of blood buff. when people get frisky just R-> Q -> E -> W -> repeat. VLadimir is a fairly simple champ to play you just need to understand that even with all the health he ends up having he really isnt a tank and should be played as though he is a squishy caster

SOme might be asking why I do not use Mejais. The reason is I find myself like most people getting up to about 8-12 stacks and then just being the person for people to focus. I personally would rather have items that are more permanent with the buffs they give.


This build is probably something most people will think is poop but it works well for me. Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated
