This build is for experienced Vlad players (seriously, don't use this build if you don't know what Vladimir's natural weaknesses are to the opposing champions or you will be getting your *** handed to you really quick). I personally wouldn't recommend this build for anyone who has not been using Vlad since he was released. The main point of the build is for when you know that you can own the mid lane against who your up against in mid within the first wave of minions. This does start out as a risky build since you will be spending your health to attack the minions in the first wave and trying to dodge your opponents attacks. Try to save the potion till your at least lvl 4, and max out transfusion ASAP. Obviously there are champions that will shut this build before you can do anything this aggressive in mid; however, after you learn of which champions to look out for and know who your up against in mid, this is a very dominating lane build. I personally would never use pool unless I am diving a turret to kill my opponent or running away from being ganked (since it does take 20% of your current health) when the sides don't call out MIA's. The ghost is self explanatory (if you can't figure out what it should be used for then go back to who you were using previously noob), and the cleanse is to get free of being trapped by any champions that can stop your movement. Vladimir is meant to be moving around at all times, if you stay still, you will get owned.
