Well this is my persional Vladi build wich I play best with. You are welcome to try it :)

REMEMBER: YOU ARE A MAGE WITH A LITTLE MORE HEALTH so good assassin CAN kill you!!! Watch out for stuns (I really hate those).


(soz for no pictures in the guide, but i really have no idea how to insert them xD )

you have to add 30% of AP to it cuz of Rabadon's Deathcap. Real is 596.48 (with all those runes and items)

I went with Magic Penetration so their magic resist items wont help much :)
Fortitude Seals and Quintessences to help out early game,
And Ability Power Glyphs for the extra Damage as the game progresses.

If you take Exhaust spell put one point in Cripple instead of Deadliness.

Will of the Ancients & Spirit Visage will greatly increase your drain health so you can easily regain it on minions.

Rabadon's Deathcap will give your spells a kick of AP.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter will greatly increase your health, it will give your spells a kick of AP and will slow your targets movement speed.

For last item I allways choose Void Staff if playing against more mages or Zhonya's Hourglass if youre playing against meele champions.

I usually play with:
Ignite & Teleport

you can allso take Exhaust, Flash and Ghost.

Heal will only help you early game untill lvl 9. So don't take it.

1. You can use Sanguine Pool to Permanently drop aggro from turrets EVEN AFTER damaging enemy champions, AS long as their is another target for the turret to fire upon. But remember that if turren fires and you press Sanguine Pool it WILL hit you.

2. If you got in a fight with 1 player try to fist use your Hemoplague then use other spells. They will do 14% more damage.

3. Level 14+ Don't be afraid to turret dive, Run in and smack the enemy with a Transfusion or your Ultimate and then use Sanguine Pool for an easy escape. By level 14+ your Sanguine Pool cooldown should be low enough so that it will be up the next time you need it.

If one of your teammates is chased by an enemy you can allways use Sanguine Pool to slow the enemy and save your teammate. You can allso slow a target if he is trying to get away from you. You get extra speed in Sanguine Pool so you can go in front of him then when you retrn from Pool you can cast Transfusion and Tides of Blood.
