If you're referring to Wriggle's Lantern I have the second one only for its armor/life vamp/attack damage. I know that passives don't stack and its passive i didn't really care about just that its cheaper than other items with the same active buffs. If you even read my guide also(yes i know its bad i wrote it at midnight) then you'd understand i run him as a Harasser, not a tank.

unique passive items do not stack with each other, do not build multiple unique passive items, not to mention Volibear is not an attack speed champion
