Aha, so your in the depths of ELO hell and can't get out of it? Well you can now! Just buy Volibear (I know it's ****ing 6300 IP but it's worth it, trust me :3) and kick those damn low ELO scrubs. Why is Voli Supp OP? Well scroll down and know why!
Though the northern reaches of Freljord are some of the most unforgiving lands in Valoran, the Ursine have survived upon the region's barren, stormy tundra for centuries. As a fierce and respected warrior of the Ursine, Volibear devoted his life to the protection of his people and loyalty to his elder brother, the tribe's chief. When his brother was killed during a hunt on the tundra, the tribe looked to Volibear as his successor. It was an honor and a burden that Volibear had never expected, but he shouldered the charge with pride. However, by Ursine tradition, the tribe could not recognize Volibear as chief until he returned from a journey to the peak of their sacred mountain, a place forever shrouded in a thundering maelstrom. There, Ursine chieftains must speak to the storm itself, gaining clarity and wisdom to empower them as mighty leaders.
Donning the chieftain's traditional armor and enchanted gauntlets, Volibear began the long and perilous climb up the slopes of the mountain. When he reached the peak and gazed into the raging storm above, he saw a horrific vision of a Freljord utterly consumed by war. Amidst the carnage, the Ursine fell dead upon a bloody battlefield. Believing the vision to be an omen of things to come if he did not act against them, Volibear traveled to the capitol of Freljord. The Ursine had not ventured across the southern mountains in centuries and his appearance was met with unease. However, Queen Ashe recognized Volibear as a wise and powerful ally. In what Volibear considered the first step against a war-torn future, they forged an alliance. As part of their agreement, he joined the League of Legends in the name of a unified Freljord, representing the primal might of his nation on the Field of Justice.
''Few can weather the storm that follows in the wake of Volibear's roar.''
-- Ashe, the Frost Archer

Greater Quintessence of Health: Because HP is awesome, that why.
Greater Mark of Attack Damage: Well if you want to have some dmg, get these
Greater Mark Alacrity: Same as flat AD's
Greater Seal of Health: Health is what Volibear needs
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: If you would like some more MR lategame get these.

Regrowth Pendant and a ward, while being tanky early on.
Skill Sequence & Explenation
R>Q>W>E, Max Q 1st and get 2 points in E while maxing Q, and get one point in W too. Then max W for some extra damage output and max E as last. Get a point in your ultimate whenever you can.
Passive= Chosen of the Storm: This... this is what makes Volibear OP. You can see it as a little Sadism, but the big difference is that it is a passive, A PASSIVE! Not an ult, a passive, meaning that you have this amazing passive at lvl 1! And if you're lower then 30% of your hp you get 30% for free over 6 glorious seconds! The big downsides on it, is that you can't time it when you want, this is the reason why Nidalee for example is very good against you (+ the fact that you can't catch her) because her spears can let you waste your passive. Try to prevent this from happening by buying enough sustain for the lane. The other downside on it is that is has a pretty long CD, but let's face it a wise Volibear will not engage as recklesly as a Volibear with passive, just keep that in mind and you will be abusing this passive and making Volibear broken as ****.
Q= Rolling Thunder: A really good spell, let's you chase like a boss, while it can be used as an escape tool. Remember when you chase a enemy champion the bonus will greatly increase from 15% to 45%! And it gives you an on-hit effect with almost the same effect as Fling. A thing to keep in mind is that you don't move backwards while Qing someone, since he will not be tossed backwards but forwards :P
W= Frenzy: You get a stack every time you hit someone up to 3 stacks, offering you AS per stack. And when at 3 stacks you can activate the spell and deal damage(base damage + 15% of bonus HP) that increases by 1 % by how much % HP the target is missing. And don't try to 'secure' too much with it :3
E= Majestic Roar: Not alot to tell, Majestic Roar is an AoE slow, with a animation that doesn't stop you from moving. Tip: If you use your E on Shaco's clone it will get feared, while the real Shaco won't be feared, this is a trick to know who the real Shaco is.
R= Thunder Claws: Makes your AAs deal AoE dmg up to 3 nearby targets. Lasts 12 seconds. Nuff said :P
I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! ALWAYS, ALWAYS GET GP5 ITEMS AS EARLY AS YOU CAN!!! As a support you won't get kills, and won't farm, so it is important to get GP5, the best for Volibear are Philosopher Stone and Heart of Gold, Kage's Lucky Pick is ok, but not really worth it if you aren't going to keep it all game, so better buy the 1st two I mentioned.
Mercury's Threads: A very good pair of boots, offering you reduction on CC and some MR. IMO best pair of boots for any tank.
: If the enemy team lacks CC and has more physical damage then magic, it would be the best if you buy these.
: combined with Q, gapclosing is no real problem anymore, and is somewhat good for roaming too
You want to start with a Faerie Charm with some ward and pots or with a Regrowth Pendant and a ward if you took Wealth , then on your 1st back you want to have a Philosopher Stone. Then you should aim for a Heart of Gold and boots. If you had succes at bot, then you should have got yourself a fancy Aegis of the Legion
After 20 min, you should go upgrade your boots to your choice, and start building to a Warmog's Armor for the HP you need, then start building to your Shurelya's Reverie for more mobility, if the enemy team has alot of blink champions get Shurelya's Reverie before Warmog's.
You should now have a pair of boots, Aegis of the Legion, Warmog's Armor & Shurelya's Reverie. The last 2 items slots are up to you.
: Gives a nice chuck of armor, alot of CD, mana and to top it off a very good passive. A must if there are some fed AD's.
MORE IS COMING SOON!
Proof that it works:
You see that I don't have alot of assists, that's because 7 of the 9 games were completely stomps because my carry carried the game, because bot was wrecked by us.
I hoped you enjoyed my guide and will try it out, and give me some feedback.
