First: I like the emphasis on the warding but is it really necessary to spam the cheat sheet with wards this much? I mean, yes, you instantly know, a good support is all about good warding but I think you put the emphasis to the wrong spot.
Cheat sheets are made to be a quick refernce for anyone who looks at your guide. But with your cheat sheet it takes too long to actually see the other items that need to be bought.
Second: I am okay with buying Philosopher's Stone, Heart of Gold and Kage's Lucky Pick but I think that Avarice Blade is a much too risky buy. You are delaying your Aegis of the Legion (the sooner you get it the stronger it is) by spending gold on a fourth GP5 item that has no real benefits for you as Soraka except for the additional gold AND it also takes up a slot in your item build.
With four GP5 items, which are not going to be upgraded any time soon, this is a very dangerous thing because the remaining two slots are probably reserved for Shoes and Sight Wards and ... oh heck there's no place left for Vision Wards and not to mention any components of other items. :/
I suggest that you should remove Avarice Blade from the standard build.
Why didn't you upgrade the Heart of Gold to Randuin's Omen or Locket of the Iron Solari eventually?
Your explanations are funny sometimes but they are mostly unreasonable (like in Pros / Cons). Not very convincing.
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is a viable option for Soraka, I use them too. However, I wouldn't say that it's the only good mark for her. I think that Greater Mark of Armor are good on supports, too.
I also use Greater Seal of Gold on Soraka but you should mention Greater Seal of Armor as a viable alternative.
I'm not a big fan of cooldown runes at all and even less of the cooldown per level runes. If you want cooldown, rather go for the Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction because your cooldowns are much higher in early levels than later on.
Personally, I wouldn't use cooldown runes on Soraka at all. Magic resist is a better option but you should pick Greater Glyph of Magic Resist instead of the MR per level glyphs. Same reason as above: You only lack magic resistance in the beginning, later on you will be a lot beefier due to your support and aura items like Aegis of the Legion.
By the way, if you really want cooldown reduction on Soraka I'd rather go for Ionian Boots of Lucidity and/or Soul Shroud. Especially because the latter is a yummy aura item.
I also think that 27 points in Utility are way too much.
Points in Good Hands are wasted. Especially since you keep repeating that you "never die" because of good Flash cooldown utility masteries.
Same goes for Improved Recall . Unless it's REALLY hopeless you shouldn't be the one chickening out while the enemies kill the AD carry that YOU are supposed to protect. A dead Soraka for a saved AD Carry is always a lot more worth to your team than the other way round.
Plus: One does not simply run into a brush and recall and leave the rest to luck. If you really want to escape enemies, then just run for your life. That's less risky than recalling in the next brush in most cases. (And that's also the reason why disconnected players don't recall anymore but instead run to the base.)
I would rather put points into Swiftness . A much stronger pick than Meditation because even without Meditation it is almost impossible to run out of mana with Soraka.
Swiftness however allows you to kite with bananas and quick harass with Starcall all day.
As for the warding section: I agree with most of the warding spots but five wards for Baron Nashor isn't really necessary. I use at max two wards for Baron. One in the river where you will instantly see when someone is near Baron.
I only put a second ward a brush towards the enemy jungle when my team wants to kill Baron to always stay alerted for assaults or steals.
Hmm, that's it mostly. I'd be glad to see some improvements to your guide. :)
The guide is good and valid, voted yes due to the strong emphesis on wards.
But I think soroka and all supports actually are good for much more then just Warding at late game.
Morello's Evil Tome can be awsome for soroka. getting it kinda soon will help ur carry get kills and there for, will get you more money...
There are more great items support or not that can synergize well with soroka.
In general, getting some more ap items instead of stanking gp+5 will help you be more effective then just awalking ward mid-late game.

I realy wanted a STRONG emphasis on wards in this guide, almost as if its more of a warding guide and less of a soraka guide, But, keeping that in mind, i will have a secondary items section latter on with a bit more of an "End game of doom" build That does have morello's and such.
