ok 1st of all fix the runes.
2nd itemisation. Malady is quite weak item and can be vital only early game for champions that greatly benefit from AS (TF, Yi as example) in early game. Other than that it is pretty useless specialy on WW. Why? coz you want Bloodrazor realy ASAP. And when you get the razor it is already mid game where malady realy sux.
going for IE is not that bad idea considering you are getting PD, but this build of Razor+PD+IE+Malady+Wits makes the build quite expensive.
Masteries, if you are getting Ghost/Exhaust why didnt you get Ghost mastery?
As i have no idea what playstyle you suggest i will not comment on not having Utility mastery.
