Masteries set on lethality? Your crit % is <10% and still you take Lethality in favor of Sorcery?
Why Rally?
You write to take boots of mobility but your build says zerkers o_O!
Boots of mobility was a typo, changed description to boots of speed.
I like the idea for the masteries, went ahead and altered that.
Rally is just what i usually go with to help jungle early and teamfights later. Sometimes I will get flash for a little escapability/extra initiation if I feel like I might need it.
And yes, if you feel like you want more damage late game feel free to build the last whisper, like I said!
