Chapter 1

The last item is a toss up between survival and damage. Take Madred's Bloodrazor instead of Banshee's Veil for a stronger ultimate. For added survival replace Spirit Visage with Guardian Angel as most likely end game the healing bonus from Spirit Visage won't keep you alive long enough to benefit, whereas the Guardian Angel grants higher defense and another chance to escape on a failed gank.

Most would think Cripple is unnecessary for Warwick, but chasing is what he does, with it he chases better. Ignite or Smite, Ignite personally is better. Wirggle's Lantern is enough to make Smite a Waste. It procs enough to do more damage per cooldown whereas Ignite further betters you chase making no champion's decision to run a good one.
