I always say that if you know what you are doing you can own even with AD/AS Zilean...
You could at least answer the questions i've asked about your picks since your description sucks at this point of the guide.

Malady sooo late is totaly useless... if you want it just for lifesteal... its better to get another thirster instead...
AP masteries??? you have to be kiddin me srsly...
Health and Health regen runes? dodge? Magic resist? Mana? Armor quintes?
this is so wrong... srsly... and without any description i just might say that this is a total unthought "build" with random stuff inserted focused on lifesteal. And with that last... cmon you realy dont need lifesteal that much... HS will do all the work just fine, 1 item is more than enaugh and only in late game, when other carries are a bit more farmed...
