I see you edited it a little bit, the speed is nice but the Armor pene is for sure a better choice like "offence mastery" and why you have Preservation in your masteries when you dont have a Revive summoner spell?

The Armor penetration is not needed with such speed, I got a great game out of this build! Thanks, Rocker96!

For IP farm with bots maybe, I donst see summoners spells and Runes, and the masteries? huh, why no armor penetration?
