i have chose a unusual lot of runes but this is so that you can get the damage the penetration and the health for the tank you need, feel free to change them if you really like to.

I chose these masteries for pretty much the same reason as the runes the penetration the damage and the tankyness but the Summoners Wrath is important if you are going to use Ignite.

These items are personally my favorite group of items put together as you get a very high life drain and you can shred through your opponents and Warwick himself is tanky therefore you will be able to take on more than 1-2 targets. I believe these can be used for jungle as well and they will likely work for Dominion also but you can get some other items for dominion, plus don't feel like you have to get every item on the list you can always take one item out at the end to get some consumables, and feel free to swap the order.

This is my personal sequence but you can mix it up depending on whom you are with on a lane or who you are against or whether you jungle.

Ignite is important if you follow the masteries to mark, but you can swap flash for ghost depending on which you like more and ignite will not need to be used much you may think but if you use it mid fight you will not only do damage over time to them but you increase you damage by 5 when it is on the Cool down.
