Surge is good for Warwick during team fights and ganks, but as an alternative you could take exaust to help ganks without your ULT. Also i've played with this build for a while and I never drop off late game and do no damage.

I actually think that a surge/smite jungle would be viable. In a way it would help immensely for getting drag early and so on. Like the idea, after I try it I'll be back to tell you what I think.

I like how you put some thought into this build ,but i find that the 2k gold that you have to build up to a Wit's End is a good choice for warwick as a survival item.The Sorcerer's Shoes are not viable as when you get into combat you want to mostly survive and the return from +20 spell pen does very little damage to your overall dps. Merc treads would work better with the CC reduction and Resistance.Now on to malady and Mandreds, this is an over kill with attack speed and at that point you will be a glass cannon. Though the "on-hit" effects will be good at 4%+20+42 but the cost to get the items will bring you into a mid-end game which will cause the damage of your magic attacks to become useless as people stack magic def.when you finally get your mandrids with this build you are at about the 8k gold mark, you have a less then 2k hp pool and a med armor+magic. You would get rofl stomped in both Pub and ranked ^^.Unless the game was a long drawn out 1 this build would not be viable,Also Surge as a summoner pick is also fail as your W ability will have you in 2.5 atkspd in no time. so i'm ranking this down because it's not a viable build.
