**NOTE**
This is how I play WW on 3's. It works very well mid/late game as long as your teammates are smart and careful. This build relies a lot on your ally's ability to solo/stay alive. If your solo queuing, I advise you wait and see what your team is picking before you choose WW.

Spells:
Exhaust: Handy for chasing down an ulti target or to blind a pesky carry.
Ignite: Really only useful early game for the early kills. Loses effectiveness late game.

Items:
Madred's Razor: Early on for jungling at level 7
Beserker Greaves: Movement and attack speed
Madred's Bloodrazor: Possibly the best item for WW. Combined with his ulti and a hungering strike, it can easily bring down a hero below 50% for you to chase.
Infinity's Edge: The occasional crit and extra damage is awesome.
Bloodthirster: So much life steal when it reaches full potential.
Black Cleaver: This buffs your ulti as well because of the instant -60 armor it gives.
Phantom Dancer: Dodge, movement and attack speed, and more crit.

Playstyle:
Early: Your going to want to solo lane to get to seven as fast as possible. With exhaust/ignite you can get an early gank which speeds up your build greatly. As soon as you hit 7, have a teammate come to your lane while you recall. Buy Madred's and boots if possible. Head into the jungle, but first make sure all champs are accounted for and there is no jungling hero on the other team. Immediately get both buffs and head towards dragon, popping hunters call on each mob. Help your team out when ever your ulti is up. Ulti the squishy and destroy him. If exhaust/ignite is up, it's possible to get 2 ganks at once with a teammates help.

Mid: From here on out, your team should be outleveling the other team and out ganking them. If your team is getting ganked heavily, drop the jungle and roam around with them more. If the other team has caught on to your jungling and have tried to gank you, place wards and be cautious. Try to be in control of the buffs at all times. The game is probably getting more team oriented which is where you will make or break your team. Only ulti if you know that the enemy will be CC'd or focusing elsewhere. Also try to stay away from interrupts/stuns when your ulting. With a tank/disable on the team, you can dominate the team fights. Also, when pushing pop hunters call for an easy tower kill.

Late: If the enemy is still up by 30 minutes, you might have a problem. Turtling can really mess WW up. You don't have the element of surprise you used to have. If needed, build a defensive item and try to do some final pushes with your team. One slip up though and your whole base could be destroyed.
