Remembering that after some minutes, the strategy from the video may not work anymore, BUT, it can be done in the start of the game to get a huge advantage and than win the game...

Just do like in the video, Allistar stay hugging the tower, blitz make enemies come near the tower, than pull them with the skill Q, and Allistar uses Q as well, it´s about 99,9% of killing the enemy in the start of the game, it can be done anytime of the game, but it works really efficient before level 10, remembering that you shouldn´t play like that the WHOLE game.
