Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
I figured this could work out for TT. You start out with a Mana Crystal and 2 Health pots.
You turn that into a Catalyst the Protector. This should provide your mana regeneration and give you some survivability, at least for your early game.
Next, you get boots. Could be Sorc shoes, could be Zerkers (not what I would choose) or could be Merc's treads. Whatever the situation calls for.
Then, build Malady. The damage per hit is subpar to that of Madred's Bloodrazor when you're dealing with non-tanks plus it gives some nice caster stats. It's also very cheap on top of that.
Then, turn your Catalyst into a RoA or a Banshee's Veil, depending on how long the game has been going on.
The point is to use your Malady like a Madreds Bloodrazor, and make good use of your spells next to that. A good way to gank could be to place two Boxes somewhere, wait until the enemy pops in, pop your Hallucinate, start attacking him and when you've built up your Malady stacks, Two-shiv him. This is guarranteed to kill an enemy.
This build gives you a bit of AS/Jungle Shaco and a bit of AP Shaco.
Of course, this is all speculation, I am yet to try this out (I am unable to play with Shaco atm).
