This is my first guide, so don't expect any extraordinary hardwork.
So lets get started:
->First I will talk about the main objective of the guide:
=>This guide is suppose to show the draven lovers a whacky way to play as Draven, but throughout the game you won't get sustain (except for lifesteal and masteries), but you'll get a LOT of damage, allowing you to easily gank the enemy team and get a pentakill.
->Now let's go right ahead to the pros and cons:
=>Pros
>Good Damage, even to tanky champions
>No need to use abilities thanks to the enormous amount of attack damage and attack speed
>In team fight, the player will always be able(If you play correctly)to keep full health thanks to life steal( you'll get at least 27%, and then the bonus from Bloodthirster's passive)
=>Cons
>Fighting against a champions as Ryse, Lux or even Morgana, will get the opposite team an easy kill, because of Draven's low sustain(Low health and low regan)
