As this is my first build posted, please be kind!
This is my flavour of Wukong build, I hope you enjoy. I play Wukong as a quick, deadly little monkey and I hope you do too. In Dominion he scales very well and is one of the more successful squishies in team-fights because of his passive and his fantastic ultimate ability that can do very impressive aoe damage.
I like to play it safe early with flat Armor Pen Marks and Quints with flat Armor and Magic Resist Seals and Glyphs. Dominion games do not usually reach level 18 so I do not buy the scaling alternatives to these.
This Wukong build is an offensive one so naturally you would put 21 into the Offensive tree with 8 in Support for extra mobility, less time dead (because in Dominion sometimes there are things worse than death), and some XP bonuses.
Buy Boots of Mobility first because you want to run to the top tower faster than anyone else.
I usually pick up a Rejuvenation Bead with the left over money and it will build into Stark's Fervor later.
Next pick up a Brutalizer so you will really be able to make a dent in those heavier champions that love to frequent the Crystal Scar.
Next purchase a Phage for the extra hp and the slow proc to give you some survivability and more ability to chase.
Next an Emblem of Valour will give you some nice lifesteal and a hp regen aura for you and your allies.
You can now pick upgrade your main two weapons to Yomuu's Ghostblade and Entropy at your discretion, if there are more squishies you may want to pick up Yomuu's first, and Entropy first if there are tankier foes.
I'd then go for Stark's Fervor because it's a fantastic support item that "Gives nearby allied champions 20% Lifesteal, 20% Attack Speed, and 30 Health per 5 seconds regenerated. Reduces the Armor of nearby enemy champions by 20." In addition to increasing your Atk speed by 40, The 20 Armor reduction is sort of a preliminary armor penetration so your Yomuu's and Runes do their job real well and get your opponents into a negative armor range.
Anything after this point Is moot because the game should be over shortly! The items I put after them are my personal preference but they should be adjusted from game to game.
All of these are subject to change of course with opponent team composition. Sometimes I get my Negatron Cloak early if there are a lot of CC/AP champs.
Generally I use E to lead in and then whack them with Q and follow up with R as a rule, but Wukong is pretty forgiving if you want to mix up your rotation.
Chasing and escaping are crucial in the Crystal Scar so I use Flash for jumping walls and Ghost is nice with Wukong's Ultimate to make sure you keep up with more evasive champions.
Pros / Cons
Handles high armor opponents well
Increased mobility for capturing/defending
Has a difficult time handling strong tanks like Jax or Rammus until completion of Yomuu's and/or Entropy.
In closing, this build is my first attempt at sharing some experimentation I've had a lot of success with in Dominion. Hate it, love it, feel free to comment.
