Talon is one of, if not, the best "1-Burst Kill" Assassin Champion in the game. I believe his items should reflect that.

Talon has been my main Champion for a long while now. I have tried countless different builds with Talon over a huge deal of games, none of them proving to be more effective than this one. Talon excels in all lanes, but is tricky to jungle with.

Talon counters many AD Carries such as Teemo, for example; Talon's <Cutthroat> (E) ability can prevent Teemo from blinding anyone and Talon's burst will kill him before he can even get to blinding anyone, it can do the same to any AD Carry who uses an ability as a necessity of his burst, such as Kog'Maw.

Many people may disagree with this build but I can guarantee that if used effectively, you will not find a better build than this one. I have played countless games where I have gotten 15-30 kills with low deaths using this build and it is now the only one I will ever use.

By 8-12 minutes into a game of Summoner's Rift you should have farmed or killed enough enemies to buy a <B.F. Sword>.

This will be enough AD for you until you have enough for a <Pickaxe>. Next, build a <Bloodthirster>. Talon needs one early game because of his lack of armour and health for more survivability.

After that you need <Ionian Boots of Lucidity> to reduce the cooldown of your <Shadow Assault> (R) ability, as it is a lot easier to burst with it, or get away from enemy champions.

The rest of the build pretty much speaks for itself.

After your <B.F. Sword> getting kills on champions with little-average health/armour should be very easy

Avoid using <Cutthrout> (E) ability (unless it is a high damage champion) in order to catch up in case they have an escape ability or Flash

Be sure you can get a clear shot at your target when using <Rake> (W) Ability, otherwise you might miss it and your burst will fail

Your <Noxian Diplomacy> (Q) ability will cause your target to "Bleed", so if your target is really low health, don't bother turret diving or chasing because it will most likely kill the targer (It does not do a lot of damage early levels, when your AD is low)
