Imo HSS is kinda useless again unless farming so spear poke panth is back on top again...

Well now with the HSS buff HSS is not useless this mastery and Item build still works very well though just change the skill order.

Ya id have to agree Spear shot is there for harass and to finish kills.

Well I dont think it will effect anything. Spear Shot is his harassment tool or for getting that final blow as they run. The buff to HSS will make him a lil more DPS like. Someone did the math on the buff and with 100dmg, you are doing 500 if all attacks hit. And if you have 250, thats about 1k. Add the ArP and you got gold. Plus 100% crit chance on targets below 35% health. I think its a fairly balanced patch on him

Ya i know what u mean Merc boots are the way too go i thought thats what i clicked lol well lots of ppl have mana problems with him specially earlier in the game so these runes allow you too constantly throw spears in the laning phase and be perfectly fine.

I might suggest that if you are going to have mana items, why not change your mana seals to Health per LvL and Glyphs into MR per LvL. Those will help you in the late game.

I've seen people do well with Swiftness boots, but I think that Merc Treads are best for him. As you said he can be Squishy late game. These will help some.

Love the BV and Ghostblade. I use Ghostblade in my Panth too, and nothing kills better than it.

the only thing I dont like, is that you wait so long for HSS. I mean its a great skill and with the amount of ArP you have, not to mentiont he patch that boosted HSS scaling, this is great when used after Aegis. It will apply Frozen Mallets passive since these are physical attacks after all.

All in all its a great build and a good description +1
