Your explanation lacks VERY much. You must tell me WHY these items are good on twitch, not only when to pick them. That you didn't even bother to explain the masteries gave me another reason to downvote. Why do you sometimes pich ignite? And when?

There is no gameplay chapter except teamfights.

One good move of yours. Nevertheless, I would highly suggest that you sort your matchups/synergies either by difficulty/viability or in alphabetical order. If you have written the matchups for all adcs and supports out there, you need a way to find your matchup quick instead of having to search through the entire section to find it.

Next improvement would be a detailed gameplay section, which is imo the only thing that is really missing atm. (I don't think it is really necessary to have miles of explanation for every item, but I prefer gameplay sections as in-depth as possible^^).

Good work, I see this becoming a great guide if you continue updating.

If you're not going to use the built in table of contents you might want to use a custom one! (This is also on Jhoihoi's Making a Guide guide) Otherwise you're doing great and info is on the way as I have read! :3
