Introduction


Hey everyone! this is my first build so go easy :)
I'm happy to have any help and improvments :)

This is personally the best Jarvan build around. I have been told in ranked games that Jarvan is useless late game, well I showed them by using this build.

This build makes Jarvan at his prime he is able to tank and put out a lot of damage.

Runes

I chose these runes because I believe and have felt that these are the perfect runes for Jarvan.

I chose 9 Marks of Desolation for that armour pen to melt armour.

I also chose 3 Quintessences of Desolation to make Jarvan a major threat in team fights and 1v1s.

I then use 9 Seals of Resilience to give me that extra armour for sustainability.

The 9 Glyphs of Shielding make Jarvan very difficult to attack late game making him very balanced with armour damage out put and magic resist.

Masteries

I'm using 9-21-0 as my masteries and focusing a lot on keeping Jarvan balanced between armour, magic resistance and health so that he can sustain in team fights for a long time while putting out a lot of damage.

Summoner Spells

Flash: I chose flash even though Jarvan can use the E then Q combo to escape because when on cool down you still need a way of escaping and using flash get get you out of those tricky situations fast.

Exhaust: Exhaust is great when trying to gank or just to do some damage then ulti, to even just making sure your E-Q combo is in line.

Pros / Cons



Pros: This build is all round well built. It makes Jarvan super hard to stop if played well and wins games.

Cons: None if you can play Jarvan.
