Okay guys.. This is how I Play Ashe!
Ok, Ashe is a ranged physical dps carry champ.

For marks i go Armor pene, because more damage is allways good!
For seals i go mana/5 per lvl, because ashe lack mana, specially high lvl!
For glyph i go CD reduction per lvl, your ulti will be a really good low CD stun!
For Quints i go Armor pene, more damage, yay!

For Masteries i go 21/0/9 because Ashe is an offensive champ!

I start with Dorans Blade, because of the health, damage and minimal lifesteal keeps you in the lane a little bit longer!
Next i go for boots of swiftness, now you will think: "aww i want zerkers!" but no.. you will lack movement speed without boots of swiftness
First big item is B.F Sword, now you are a bit more serious in your damage output!
Next stop: Zeal! A little more attack speed crit chance and movement speed are allways nice!
Now you go for a phantom dancer, after this purchase you will be running lovely fast and attacking like a boss!
Vampiric scepter! Will keep you alive because of your attack speed and dmg
Now finish infinity edge, after this you are very dangerous, because of your crit chance and crit dmg!
Now finish off bloodthirster and get that thing stacked up! Fast!
Black cleaver, now your enemy probably surrender because your are rpping them to pieces with your 1k crits!!
Now a defensive item that will save your *** many times! Banshees veil!
now you are a true carry and will carry your team to the win!

Ashe, actually dont have a combo stun activate frost shot, and pwn..

This is the most important thing for ashe, last hit all the minions you can and get as much kills and you can and you'll be flying!
